INFORMATION ON CUSTOMERS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 (hereinafter also the “Code”). Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the processing of personal data) Ciani Arredamenti in person of the legal representative pro tempore, (henceforth also the “Company”), hereby provides you with the information and requires consent to the processing of “Personal Data”, as defined by art. 4, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

1. Sources of personal data collection and processing purposes
The Company informs that it is in possession of your Personal Data, also acquired verbally, directly from you or through third parties. With reference to these data we inform you that they will be processed exclusively for: a) marketing, commercial and promotional purposes related to advertising / promotional events and campaigns aimed at informing promotional sales initiatives by means of letters, telephone, automated call systems under Article 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (ie by sending e-mail, Telefax, SMS, MMS, etc.)
2. Methods of data processing
Personal Data will be processed in written form and / or on magnetic, electronic or telematic support and with automated tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
3. Provision of Data
Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the person concerned, the provision of Personal Data is optional for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1. letter a) for which there are no consequences in case of refusal to provide, if not impossible to inform you about products and / or services offered, or promotional sales initiatives.
4. Communication of Personal Data
Personal Data will not be subject to diffusion except for the cases established by law.
5. Duration of the treatment
The data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.
6. Rights of the interested party
We also inform you that in relation to the aforementioned treatments, you may exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Code, the full text of which is attached.
7. Holder and manager of the processing
We inform you that the Data Controller is Ciani Arredamenti in person of the legal representative pro tempore – with Forlì Registered Office, Via Asiago 2/4/6, Tel 0543 701710 Fax: +39 0543 701072, website: staging.cianiarredamenti.it. The person responsible for the processing is the Sig. Sergio Ciani, available at the address of the Company indicated above, which he can contact to exercise the rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, below (if the concession holder has not appointed any person in charge of processing, then the legal representative pro tempore of the company must be indicated as the person to turn to in order to be able to assert the aforementioned rights Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
The constantly updated list of data processors who can become aware of your data and the functions assigned to them is available, upon request to the Data Controller as identified above, at the aforementioned company headquarters. Art. 7 – (Right to access personal data and other rights)
1) The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2) The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  • a) of the origin of personal data;
  • b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
  • c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
  • e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3) The interested party has the right to obtain:

  • a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the Data;
  • b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the Data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the Data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4) The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  • b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
